Andheri

Andheri is just north of Juhu, and like many other localities in Mumbai, the railway line divides Andheri into two parts: east and west. However, we would only recommend Andheri West for your residential real estate needs, as the quality of the buildings and surrounding areas are far better than what one would find in Andheri East.

As Andheri West is increasingly growing in popularity, there has been an emergence of malls, shops, western restaurants, night clubs, bars, gyms, spas, etc. The rental prices in Andheri West are less expensive than its southern neighbors: Juhu and the Bandra Area.

Connectivity:

Living in Andheri West would make sense for those who work in Andheri West, Andheri East, Juhu, Goregaon or Powai. The international and domestic airports are located in Andheri East, making the commute one of the shortest in Mumbai: 10-20 minutes.
