Powai

Powai is located in North Mumbai. Once regarded as a distant Mumbai suburb, Powai is now a vital part of the modern Mumbai metropolitan region.

Powai is home to IIT Bombay, tech incubation cells, tech start-ups and many established technology companies. The area is often referred to as India's Powai Valley. Not only is Powai a tech hub, but many major multinational corporations such as Nomura, CRISIL, Maersk, Deloitte and Bayer have offices in Powai due to Powai's quality office space and modern infrastructure.

As Powai has grown in popularity with corporations and tech firms, western restaurants, bars, western clothing stores, nightclubs, gyms, spas, etc. have emerged. The demand for such retail outlets will likely continue to increase.

Connectivity:

Powai is adjacent to the Eastern Express Highway which links North Mumbai to South Mumbai.The international and domestic airports are located in Andheri East, making the commute one of the shortest in the City at 10-20 minutes. Given that the Mumbai Metro Line spans all of Andheri, employees can easily access their place of work.
